Resort Season
Our season begins May 1, weather permitting, and ends November 1.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
All guests and visitors are required to register at the main office when arriving and check-out when departing the resort.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed). Early check-in fee $20.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
Failure to check out will result in additional daily charges.
Guest Behavior and Conduct
Harbor Cove RV Resort reserves the right to inspect all sites and refuse service to anyone.
RV Restrictions
Harbor Cove RV Resort can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet. RVs must be no more than 20 years old. Harbor Cove RV Resort shall be the sole determining entity as to which RVs are acceptable, regardless of age. Tents for camping purposes and truck campers are not allowed.

Shed Rentals
Seasonal campers can rent a 10' x 10' shed for $500 per season or a one-time charge of $1,500 - Due by April 1st
Harbor Cove provides transport, installation and removal of shed.
Store/Office Hours
Monday - Wednesday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday - Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
FAQS
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please call 517-279-COVE 48 hours before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications are not acceptable. Reservations made after the deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. No refunds on or after arrival. No refunds for weather or early departure.
RV sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify the office by 10:00am two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
What payments options do you offer?
We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, credit (Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express) and debit cards. There is a 3% charge for credit card usage.
Do you charge for visitors to a camp site?
Visitors are required to pay a $5 vehicle pass per visit.
How many cars are allowed per camp site?
Two cars are allowed.
How many passes are provided per site rental?
Two passes are provided.
Are golf carts allowed at the resort?
Yes, campers are allowed to bring a golf cart.
Are ATVs allowed at the resort?
Sorry, we do not allow ATVs.
Is tent camping allowed?
Sorry, no tent camping is permitted. Our resort was built for RV campers.
What are your quiet hours?
From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day and will be strictly enforced. Please be considerate to other people staying at Harbor Cove RV Resort and respect the privacy of other guests.
Does the resort provide trash pickup?
Yes. Trash is to be placed at the end of your site and next to the road by 10 a.m. for daily pickup. Dumpsters are provided for normal garbage generated at our resort. Please put trash in strong plastic trash bags that are closed at the top. Do not store food or garbage outside your RV as it may attract unwanted animals. Cut and flatten boxes.
Appliances, building materials, lawn chairs, grills, equipment, and similar items may not be placed in the dumpsters. Such items should be taken with you when you leave, or if necessary, arrangements can be made at the office for a $50 disposal fee.
